This hotel offers great value for money. The prices at the restaurant are reasonable and the atmosphere is really pleasant. After a long day of exploring, it's a nice place to relax. The location is also great, with famous attractions like Wangfujing shopping street, Tiananmen Square, The Forbidden City, Beihai Park, and Zhongshan Park within walking distance.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory or above expectations.

This hostel is very well located. Perfect to sleep and have a shower. The staff is very helpflul. They ask for a 100 yuan deposit and they give it back to you when leaving.
Cleaning is not a strong point, not only in Beijing Jade Hotel, but in other hostels and hotels in China. It is better not to so fussy and bring your slippers everywhere.

The hotel's location was great as it was close to many tourist spots and restaurants. The hotel's staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the airport which helped me save some money on transportation.
My Christmas stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The room was not very clean as I noticed dust on the furniture and the sheets had stains on them.

It was extremely good value for money (when using Booked.net). Everything was great. Staff were really helpful ( except for one guy who was really arrogant and wasnt listening to us, luckily there was another staff member who was willing to help)
Just a little far from subway but you can just jump on a bus to get to one near tianamen square which will cost 1rmb

Great location near the top attractions, efficient cleaning service, and helpful staff that can speak English. This hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean towels and toothbrushes being replenished daily. The location is unbeatable, being situated on a quiet street close to the Forbidden City, and there are a variety of nearby street food vendors to choose from. The staff were very accommodating and assisted in arranging a special tour that wasn't part of the regular list.
Nothing to mention.

Great price for the location. Within walking distance of Forbidden City & subway system. Good place to start tours from. Plenty of shopping and food nearby. The room was clean although I stayed for 3 nights and the only service that took place was emptying the trash and hanging up towels (not new ones). No bottled water and no replacing the used tea cups and I never got more tea. Heat worked very well in my room and although you can only turn it on with your key card in the slot, it warmed up pretty fast (in January). I chose this hotel because of the awesome price and location. It wasn't a terrible place to stay but not the most comfortable either. You get what you pay for.
The "hotel" has like 3 different names and the biggest sign says it is a hostel not a hotel. I am sure they are catering to backpackers and so some of the floors are the shared dormitory style and some are hotel rooms. There are 5 floors but the elevator ends at 4 so if you are on the 5th floor you will be using the stairs. Shower was a mere dribble which is very bad in the middle of winter. The restaurant is pretty poor and the breakfast buffet is not replenished. I paid for the breakfast 1 morning and there were still 20 min left before it ended but most of the food was gone so I was out of luck. Communication is a bit difficult with staff although they did have taxi cards which is a huge help in China. Wifi is only in the lobby/restaurant, not in rooms

The hotel location so close to the Forbidden City, shopping street and good restaurants was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English which helped us a lot.
The inhouse restaurant did not provide a good breakfast and was not good value for money.

Conveniently located near the Forbidden City, the Xihua Jade Hotel Forbidden City provided me with a comfortable stay. The room had a comfortable bed and hot water in the bathroom. The presence of a kettle in the room was convenient for making tea. The hotel's location also allowed easy access to nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The staff, though limited in English, were helpful whenever I had any queries. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and decent facilities.

The hostel was quite good for the price they offered. The location is also good near Wangfujin and Tiananmen. Some taxi drivers had trouble finding the hotel. It would be better if the hotel provides some disposable slippers. For the visitors, I would recommend to bring their plastic slippers for using the shower, also toothpaste and toothbrush.
I was surprised to see Beijing Jade Hostel sign instead of Hotel which I think they should use the real name on the internet. But overall, I do not have any complaint about their service and others.

The location was central and great to get to places on foot but difficult for taxis as up a side street and they did not know where it was. It was very clean and a nice restaurant for breakfast.
The room was small and the heating was either on and red hot or off and got cold.

Great location, close to Forbidden City and shopping area. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Convenience store nearby. Room with heater for winter.
Everything was spot on.

This hotel is in a great location down a narrow alley in a neighbourhood where there's not much to do at night, but it's close to more well-designed areas. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well-equipped with basic amenities, and changing sheets is not a problem. Breakfast is included, and although it's geared more towards Chinese guests, Europeans will still find something to enjoy.
All in all, this hotel is great and there is not much to improve.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and answer any questions we had. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and attractions. the room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed.
Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit cramped and felt a bit claustrophobic at times. the bathroom was also quite small and lacked ventilation, which made it a bit stuffy and uncomfortable.
